    Appellation : AOC Bordeaux White.

    Grape variety : 50% Sauvignon Blanc, 30% Sémillon, 20% Muscadelle.

    Tasting : Pale yellow color. The nose shows complex notes. There is a set of
    white fruits (peach), citrus fruits and exotic fruits (pineapple). The
    mouth is greedy and creamy.

    Food pairing : Excellent with fish tartare, lobster salad with citrus, meunière style fish.

    Serving temperature : Drink at around : 9°C.

    Ageing potential : 4 years.

    Tasting : Glittering pale yellow colour. The bouquet conveys floral and mineral notes while in the mouth we find great appeal and unctuosity. In the flavour there is a cocktail of white-fleshed fruit (peach in particular) and exotic fruit (pineapple). Cellaring potential : 2 years and beyond.

    Tasting : Fresh and full. Very present in the mouth and intense in the nose with notes of white peach, citrus and exotic fruit. Lively first taste along with fatty mouthfeel.

    Food pairing : As an aperitif, also ideal with seafood; It also accompanies goat cheese beautifully.
